Rashida La Lande has been the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Global General Counsel, and Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer since December 2021 and as Senior Vice President, Global General Counsel and Head of ESG (formerly CSR) and Government Affairs from October 2018 to December 2021 and Corporate Secretary from January 2018 to May 2022. She joined Kraft Heinz as Senior Vice President, Global General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2018, and her responsibilities expanded to include leadership of the Company’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG), formerly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Global Government Affairs functions in October 2018.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Rashida was a partner at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she practiced as a partner from 2007 to January 2018 and as an associate from 2000 to 2007, advising corporations and their Boards of Directors in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity deals, and joint ventures. She began her legal career as an associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP from 1998 to 2000.

Rashida holds a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in New York City.
