Miguel PatricioChief Executive OfficerMiguel Patricio is the Chief Executive Officer of The Kraft Heinz Company. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Miguel spent 20+ years at Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), where he served as part of the Executive Leadership team in various positions, driving organic growth and industry-leading margins. Miguel was the Global Chief Marketing Officer at AB InBev from 2012-2018. In this role, he developed and implemented a strategic playbook for global brands Corona, Budweiser and Stella Artois, accelerating organic sales growth which represented more than one-third of AB InBev’s organic growth and accounted for more than 20 percent of AB InBev’s 2018 year-end global revenues. Prior to that, he was AB InBev’s President of Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2012 and President of North America from 2006 to 2008. Before his career at AB InBev, Miguel held a variety of leadership positions at other global consumer packaged goods companies including Philip Morris, The Coca-Cola Company and Johnson & Johnson. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in São Paulo.
Carlos Abrams-RiveraU.S. Zone President
Carlos Abrams-Rivera is the U.S. Zone President for the Kraft Heinz Company, leading all business operations of the company’s largest Zone.
Before joining Kraft Heinz, Carlos was the Executive Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks, a division of Campbell Soup Company that represents nearly 50 percent of Campbell’s annual sales. He has more than two decades of extensive U.S. and global food experience at Campbell, Mondelēz International, and Kraft Foods.
Throughout his career, Carlos has successfully implemented a strategic approach to reinvigorating brands, improving costs, and sharpening operational execution to drive strong business results. He began his career at Kraft Foods as an Assistant Brand Manager within Oscar Mayer, later serving in a broad range of management roles across categories, brands, and businesses.
A native of Puerto Rico, Carlos has held several council and board positions dedicated to diversity. He served as a co-leader of the Kraft Foods National Latino Council, and as a member of the Corporate Board of Advisors of the National Council of La Raza (now UnidosUS)– the United States' largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization.
Carlos earned his bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Paulo BasilioChief Financial Officer
Paulo Basilio is the Chief Financial Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. He is responsible for the Company’s global accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, budget and business planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, global business services and Global Center of Excellence functions. He previously served as the Company’s Chief Business Planning and Development Officer, responsible for developing the Company’s global business plans, leading mergers and acquisitions and overseeing the Company’s Amsterdam-based Global Center of Excellence and information technology and global business services function. Prior to that, he was Zone President of the Kraft Heinz U.S. Business, responsible for leading all functions that drove the $19 billion+ U.S. business. Paulo joined Heinz in 2013 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has been a Partner of 3G Capital, Inc. since July 2012. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of America Latina Logistica (ALL) from 2010 to 2012. Paulo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidade de Brasilia and a M.Sc. in economics from EPGE/Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).
Marcos Eloi LimaChief Procurement Officer
Marcos Eloi Lima is the Chief Procurement Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. He joined Kraft Heinz in 2019 and is responsible for leading the Company’s procurement organization globally. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Eloi spent 20 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) serving in various leadership roles within the company’s procurement and sustainability function. He was most recently based in Mexico, where as Procurement and Sustainability Vice President he led the company's integration with the SABMiller business in Latin America as part of ABI's Middle Americas Zone. Eloi holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from Catholic University of Salvador, and an MBA from BSP, both in Brazil.
Bruno KellerCanada Zone PresidentBruno Keller is the President for Kraft Heinz Canada and is responsible for leading the Canadian business. Bruno first joined the Canada Zone in April of 2018 as Head of Category Development. In this role he was responsible for strengthening the partnership between brand building, innovation, sales and operations teams, and helped to accelerate commercial performance. Prior to this, Bruno spent four years in Italy, where he joined Kraft Heinz as a Trade Marketing and Revenue Management manager. Shortly after, Bruno was promoted to Managing Director, relaunching the full infant food portfolio, in addition to growing the sauces business by triple digits. In 2017, Bruno expanded his responsibilities, overseeing the creation of the South Europe Business Unit (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal), setting robust rituals & routines across the BU, recruiting, mentoring, and training talent across the zone. Before joining Kraft Heinz, Bruno worked in AB InBev, Philip Morris and PepsiCo, covering senior positions in Sales, Trade Marketing and Revenue Management. Bruno holds a Degree in Economics from Federal University of Santa Catarina - Brazil, with a Masters in Sales and Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - Brazil.
Rashida La LandeGlobal General Counsel and Head of ESG and Government AffairsRashida La Lande is the Senior Vice President, Global General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz in January 2018, Ms. La Lande was a partner at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she advised corporations and their boards, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity deals, and joint ventures. During her nearly 20 year career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, she represented companies and private equity sponsors in the consumer products, retail, financial services, and technology industries.
Michael MullenSenior Vice President of Corporate AffairsMichael Mullen is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for The Kraft Heinz Company. Michael is responsible for all global internal and external communications, global media relations and corporate reputation management. Michael is the Company’s chief media spokesperson and is also responsible for real estate and facilities. Michael joined Heinz in 1998 as Senior Communications Manager for Heinz North America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin and an MPIA in international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rafael OliveiraInternational Zone President
Rafael Oliveira is the International Zone President for The Kraft Heinz Company. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America zones. He previously served as Zone President of the Kraft Heinz Europe, Middle East and Africa business and Managing Director of Kraft Heinz UK & Ireland. Rafael joined Kraft Heinz in July 2014 and served as President of Kraft Heinz Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea until September 2016. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Rafael spent 17 years in the financial industry. In the last ten years he held a variety of senior leadership positions with Goldman Sachs, a global investment banking, securities and investment management firm.
Flavio TorresHead of Global Operations
Flavio Torres is the Head of Global Operations for The Kraft Heinz Company. He joined Kraft Heinz in January of 2020 and is responsible for the Company’s global operations organization, including all areas of manufacturing, logistics and quality. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Flavio spent 25 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) where he led Brewery Operations. He most recently held the position of Supply Operations Vice President, where he led ABI’s excellence program, supply management system, overall equipment effectiveness transformation and supply organization. Flavio joined ABI in 1994 as part of its trainee program, rising through its ranks and taking on increased responsibilities, later serving as an Operations Specialist, Plant Manager, Operations Director, and Manufacturing Director and Supply VP. He also played a key role in the integration of ABI and SABMiller during the companies’ merger in 2016. Flavio holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brazil's Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. He also studied Economics at Dom Cabral (FDC), one of the top business schools in Brazil.
Melissa WerneckGlobal Chief People OfficerMelissa Werneck is the Global Chief People Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. She is responsible for overseeing the global human resources function. Melissa joined Heinz in 2013 to implement the new performance methodology and the integrated management system. Prior to joining Heinz, Melissa served as Performance Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at America Latina Logistica (ALL). Melissa received a degree in chemical engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil and an MBA from Federal University of Rio De Janeiro.
