Effective April 15, 2019, The Kraft Heinz Company (the "Company") reorganized its operations function to have certain operational functions report through various individuals, including Zone Presidents. As a result, Joao Araujo, who has served as the Company's Head of Global Operations until the reorganization, became the Company's Head of U.S. Operations and assumed responsibility for the operations function for the Company's U.S. Zone.
