Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 4, 2019, the Company announced that Nina Barton was appointed Zone President of Canada and President of Digital Growth, effective January 1, 2019. In connection with Ms. Barton's appointment on January 1, 2019, Carlos Piani, the Company’s former Zone President of Canada, transitioned to Head of M&A and Strategic Projects.
